Support Channels

We will only provide support via our Support [at] email address.

We will not provide support via another e-mail, Facebook or Twitter, nor do we offer phone support.

Any E-mail sent to support [at] will be confidential and will be treated with respect and efficiency.

Support Hours

Our general support hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (PST), we will receive emails 24 hours a day and if possible will answer and fix any problems.

We will provide you with help regarding registering and using the blog/activity feed.  Please see our Help pages for information about using your Activity stream and our rules regarding Blog posting.
