Targeting business or customers?

Usually, you have two big categories of clients for goods: other businesses, selling it to customers or manufacturing it once again, and the customers themselves, which maybe interested in what you sell. Both have really different supply needs and wants different things. Customers may enjoy a broader customer service, meanwhile businesses will keep it focused on the delivery and supply matters. As well, your coverage would have to be greaters for customers, meanwhile businesses’ coverage can be expanded on contract, since it is not usually left sold alone, much like it is done with customers.
